Integrated package of solutions for hotels and office centers consist of:

Information display system for halls, restaurants and casino, which is used for effective video presentation and comfortable information transmission from any carrier (PC, video recorder, DVD-player, systems of ether and satellite television). Plasma displays or projectors and screens are the part of this system.
Display system for halls, restaurants and casino of the hotel is build ion following principles:
1. Local cable network is used for centralized video signal transmission;
2. Projectors with screens and/or plasma displays are set in halls, restaurants, and casino of the hotel.
Insonation system, which is designed for background music broadcast, sound accompaniment of video information on the screens, information for visitors and personnel. The uniform distribution idea of sound pressure due to the use of loudspeakers with a small power and division into notification areas are used at the insonation. The loudspeakers location under the ceiling allows to insonify the rooms.
System possibilities:
1. The possibility of sound division into areas (up to 12), which allows to transmit audio signal either into all areas simultaneously or only into selected ones.
2. The possibility to determine a priority (from 1 till 5) on each call station, i.e. the possibility to make the announcements both in the selected areas and in all areas simultaneously. In addition an automatic disconnection of other sources with lower priority takes place.
3. Such important function as the possibility to transmit previously recorded information to all areas simultaneously is also included in the system. For example, the alarm information is transmitted with the use of digital announcements module.
4. The possibility of areas choice with acoustic system both in automatic and manual mode.
The audiovisual hardware complex for the equipment of conference halls in hotels (see conference halls).
The hotel television system, which allows to receive satellite, cable and ether broadcast, to create and translate own programs and announcements both in recorded and in life mode.
The hotel television system is build ion following principles:
1. Local cable network with up to 150 outputs is mounted to the television receivers for the signals transmit;
2. The television receivers up to 150 units are set in hotel rooms, halls and other apartments;
3. The control room is equipped for signals transmission and commutation, and for preparation and broadcasting of own programs. This control room is a special room, which area is no less than 40 square meters. Shooting and assembling equipment is set in this room.
Due to the local cable network, the hotel television system allows to use its possibilities sufficiently. The signal receiving of local, ether, cable (up to 9 channels), and satellite (up to 20 channels) television, and output signal shaping are made in the control room. Further, the mix signal is transmitted to all receivers in the hotel in a high frequency. Every user can choose the necessary on its TV se by the remote-control station or on the TV panel. The television set amount is stipulated.
Equipment for shooting, assembling, transmitting of video footage and for work in live mode is set in the control room. You also have a possibility to work in TJC (television journalistic complex) mode. I.e. you can make an interview recording, presentation filming or any kind of shooting out of the control room and to make subsequent assembling and broadcast transmitting in the control room. Local broadcasting can be periodical, for example, for announcements, cultural actions announcements, which are taken place in the hotel, service and goods advertising, etc.
With the help of assembling equipment, which is set in the control room, you have an advantage to prepare your own programs and advertising not only for local broadcast, but also for recorded material delivery to the local public and private broadcasting companies for the use in the news and advertising material. In the case of local use of the advertising material, you will get an additional free advertising carrier 150 in number in the hotel.
Video supervision system, which is used for visual control of hotel area from the guards’ post and for the administrator.
Video supervision system generally is build on the base of Sony and BOSCH equipment.
Sony and BOSCH companies are the largest equipment producers for the guard and industrial video supervision systems. These systems were used in thousands of installations all over the world due to the widest listing of producible equipment, unique technical solutions, guaranteed product quality. Among them are the largest hotels and casino in Las-Vegas, where hundreds of operated and immobile cameras allow to manage twenty-four-hours control of playing rooms, halls, corridors, elevators and etc.
Access control system, which is a autonomic electronic locks system of the last generation for the hotels of any type with the use of cards with magnetic strip and smart cards. Such combination of different types of the cards in one lock greatly increases the system advantages and the convenience of the use.
Access control system consist of:
1. Electronic locks (terminals). This is a combination of microcomputer and mechanical high-reliable lock in one housing. Due to the built-in clock, these locks can delimit access levels according to the date and time. These locks also have nonvolatile memory, where more than 3 000 last events can be saved in, such as room’s pass in, battery supply level, lock’s mode changing, etc. The locks have self-contained power supply from standard batteries (about 3 years of lifetime) and sound indication of work modes (open – closed, programming, battery supply control, etc.). You also have a possibility to change the mode into “Don’t disturb” or office function mode “Open – Closed”. The lock has such functions as: free exit from the room (anti-panic opening) and only cards entrance.
2. Electronic reader assigned for electromechanical devices control (electromechanical locks and catches, door automated mechanisms, elevators, etc.).
3. Central computer (or computer network in multiuser system) with software installed (Windows 95/98/2000/NT/XP) registers and gives a possibility to receive reports about all events concerning lock-cards (such as: who has given a card, when and where), and to receive all events from the lock (more then 3000 last events).
4. Lock-cards:
  - Guest card (smart cards or magnetic cards). Guest name, room number, time of card operation, allowed access areas (VIP area, elevator, sauna, business center, etc.) are registered on the card.
  - Personnel card (smart cards). These cards can be different types (according to the hotel requirements) and can differ into access areas, time areas and others.
  - Special cards (smart cards or magnetic cards). These are the cards for emergency opening, reserve and blocking cards, cards for events reading and lock reprogramming, etc.
5. Encoder (different types) is used for programming and reading of information from smart and magnetic cards. In case of need, you can record on several strips on the magnetic card (for example, cashless settlement inside the hotel).
6. НCU (burner) is a communication device of central computer with the lock, programming and reading of information from the lock, and for emergency opening.
7. POD (Power Open Device) is a emergency opening device. It can be used instead of НCU for lock opening with the use of own battery.
8. Different additional equipment: a power-saving controller acts as a main switcher in the room (When you insert the card, the controller receives voltage for the lighting, power outlets ant etc. When you take the card out, the room is de-energized).
