The ambient sound system

A film strip is a sound signal carrier in climbing-film movie theaters, but a signal from a DVD-player, video recorder, and other sources is the sound signal carrier in electronic movie theaters.

A sound decoding in the climbing-film movie theater is carried out by the special cine processors, intended for phonograms treatment of the format Dolby A, Dolby SR, Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital Surround EX. One of these processors advantages is that they are developed taking into account possibility of modernization in the future, that allows a proprietor to use investments in most effective way.

Signal decoding in the electronic movie is carried out by AV-processor/receiver, supporting the most common formats of multi channel sound, and allowing movie theater visitors to hear the high-quality volumetric sounding, and to feel the real effect of presence.

Professional amplifier of company KLIPSCH production, which is one of leaders at the acoustic systems (ACE) market for movie theaters, are equipped by the WDST (Wide Dispersion Surround Technology) technology, and provide the maximal acoustic dispersion in the channels of effects. Ordinary ACE of direct radiation, the bipolar and dipole systems are not able to form exactly and transmit a sound, which must be reproduced by a rear channel. In the case of the surroundings channel ACE KLIPSCH use with the WDST technology, this area becomes very wide, so that a spectator is practically always in the optimum sound field.

In addition, the spectator must clearly feel a sound panorama in accordance with actions, which are taking place on the screen, and to perceive a sound, as it has been recorded at the film dubbing, during the movie demonstration. The movie hall must not cause any additional timbres or temporal delays in sounding. The use of the acoustic hung ceilings, wall panels, and solid suspended constructions allow to solve successfully the improvement tasks of cinema halls acoustics in combination with realization of any architectural projects.
