Airfield video supervision system
The offered video supervision system is assigned for video supervision organization after the airplane park, and also after the technological transport or official personnel motion and location.
This video supervision system can be included in the object complex safety system, as it allows not only to watch and record video but also to program all system reaction.
Realization of possibility to keep a look-out after the airfield from a few workplaces by the means of standard configuration personal computer is the feature of the offered video supervision system.
Such possibility becomes available due to the image transfer in a digital form from the supervision camera in the ordinary computer network LAN/WAN on the TCP/IP protocol.
It is present a possibility to control the camera turn in vertical and horizontal plane, and also to approach or move off the observable objects by means of zoom lens.
A few users can see image from the video supervision system simultaneously, however the control functions of the supervision camera are available only for one user in a present moment.
The distinctive features of the offered solution are:
- ultrastable turning device accurate to 0,25 degrees;
- black-and-white digital camera with the highest sensitiveness 0.0006 luh (F1.4, AGC Hi).
Black-and-white camera use is specified by the ensuring requirement of the high-quality video supervision in adverse weather conditions, including the dark time without the observable object illumination. Presently there are no colored video cameras models with the sensitiveness referred above, which can be effectively used in the created system.
The video supervision system, which is including 4 points of observation, is offered on the first stage. These cameras are set in the places, indicated by a customer on a plan- scheme, and in places, which are providing the most supervision favorable conditions after the airfield.
Seating requirements: the SCS (structured cabling system) presence for the EtherNet providing and 220V power.
The video supervision cameras must be set outdoors (not behind the glass indoors) with the purpose to provide the high quality of image, especially in the nighttime.
Currently, the models of network video supervision cameras (the image passing with the use of IP-protocols), which are having the turning devices and protective cover for the work providing in a temperature range -20 - +40° C, are practically absent.
As a result, the offered solution is based on the use of the standard high-quality video supervision camera with the subsequent images encoding into the IP-protocol and its transmission in a computer network.
The basic components of the offered video supervision system are:
- video supervision camera with a rotation gear;
- video server for a signal encoding video supervision camera into the TCP/IP protocol;
- telemetry control signals receiver of the camera’s rotation gear;
- software, which is setting on the workstations, for images viewing and video supervision camera control;
- video information server-depository for the last 30 days cameras’ image recording retention.
Later, additional network or analog cameras setting can extend the offered video supervision system.
Video supervision cameras
Currently, digital video supervision cameras are usually set in the video supervisions systems. These video cameras are the optical devices. Its CCD-matrices (charge communication device matrices) form video signal from a luminous flux, which is passing through the optical objective and group of lenses and is getting on this matrix. Black-and-white camera use in the video supervision system allows to transmit the image on the video monitor and record the image in the bad illumination conditions.
The video supervision camera of the company Watec (the USA) is used in the offered video supervision system. Video cameras use of this company by right is considered as an industry standard at construction of the guard video supervision systems. Highly sensitive miniature cameras of the leading world producer Watec America Corp. are set in the street and internal video supervision systems for the objects guard with low illumination.
WATEC cameras are setting on the tilting devices with the horizontal and/or vertical scanning for the videosupervision area increase. Such devices combination allows to keep more effective look-out. Zoom lenses are used for camera enhancement. Supervision distance is multiplied due to zoom lenses.
Network video servers
Network video servers are intended for analog video cameras connecting to the digital video supervision systems. These video servers transmit on the LAN/WAN networks high-quality video picture in the JPEG or Motion JPEG format with frequency up to 25 frames per second in the real-time mode. The image from analog video cameras can be looked over from any network computer, which a standard web-browser is set on, due to a web-server, which is built in video servers.
In our decision, the company «LEATER» suggests using the video server of the company AXIS Communications (Sweden), which is easily tunes into the video frames transmission on warnings, and has a videobuffer for video image storage. Exclusive software, developed AXIS Communications, allows to serve more effectively a video server and lightens considerably the periodic update task of the control programs.
